Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not by itself create a confirmed appointment or service contract. A booking is confirmed only after JK POWERCRAFT communicates confirmation and any agreed details.

Any indicative price, schedule or description is subject to confirmation after we understand the requirements, site conditions, deliverables and availability. Changes to scope may affect price and timing.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate contact details, access and relevant project information, and communicate any safety or site restrictions before work begins.
5. Photography and Videography
Creative deliverables, shoot dates, editing scope, usage rights, delivery formats and payment terms should be agreed separately for each assignment. Do not assume that website portfolio images are available for reuse.
6. Electrical Work and Safety
Electrical work must be assessed against the actual site and applicable safety requirements. Do not attempt hazardous electrical work yourself. Work scope and completion timing depend on safe access, materials and site conditions.
7. Portfolio and Reviews
Portfolio content is presented for general reference. Customer reviews may be moderated before publication. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or unrelated.
8. Third-Party Services
